  • The worst call I've ever had!!! I spoke with Vivian to attempt to schedule a quote for a whole home water system. She spoke to me like I was a 5-year-old & REFUSED to set up an appointment with me unless my husband was present. I explained to her that I am the one purchasing this system and it is MY decision alone. She repeated herself over and over again 7 more times about requiring my husband present. I informed her that if she is unwilling to deal with ME, as both the potential customer AND the actual homeowner, than there was no point in continuing this conversation. She then said "Okay" and then hung up!!! This is the most ridiculous call I have ever had! I am still just shaking my head at the nerve of this lady. I'm sure glad this company is so stable sand well off financially that they don't need any new customers. You know they must be doing something pretty bad when they come out for a sales consultation.
