Have had cox for years. Been going to this solution center whenever I needed something. They NEVER have enough staff and the wait is always crazy. 2 people just opening the door, 1 person checking people into the wait line, but they can't actually provide service? When you get your turn in line, all the questions have to be sent back to a senior resource/manager, so you may as well employ the door holders at that point. Always in a bad mood after leaving this store. It's DMV-level bad. Hire more people and train them. 25 minutes just to get a receipt for returning an old DVR is ridiculous.
