This place rocks my Vegas socks. I sat at the bar on the to-go side and was served dinner there by Patrick and it was phenomenal.
I went to carnevino the day before and was impressed but i was really blown away by the value for dollar at B&B Burger, not to mention the excellent service.
I wasn't starving so I had the fried oysters, which were lightly coated in corn meal, I think. They were so light and crispy... An amazing preparation. I also got the chopped salad, which was similar to the one at Carne but was big enough for an entree.
Patrick made me a special gin creation, similar to an aviation but with his own touches. My only critique is that the signage to the restaurant from the casino floor is basically non-existent so.... I had to ask two people for directions to the restaurant.
