rev:text	If I could I would rate this less than one star. As a renter, I was incredibly excited to be in my new home. The first year we had problems, but chose to renew the lease. At that point we choose to overlook the air conditioner breaking multiple times, the lack of hot water the first couple weeks and the toilet constantly overflowing. This was the decision I could ever make. Our air has continued to leak not once, not twice, not even three times, but seven times thus far to the point we'd have buckets of water to empty every morning and the treatment and skill of the maintenance crew is sub-par at most. As if dealing with the air conditioner wasn't enough we've had a multitude of issues with our washer and toilets. You'd think they'd do something to fix the issue instead of temporarily masking the problem. Either the management and company is too cheap or too incompetent to actually fix the problem for paying residents. But, they choose not to care because they already have your money. If your looking for complaint after complaint or issue day after day after day then this is the place for you, but if you are like me and would prefer to live in a place that functions well and are looking to have a sound peace of mind in where you rent...then this is not the place. Parking is awful my assigned parking spot is two buildings away from my actual building. Not sure who arranged the parking and assignment per apartment , but that person should be terminated. It's as if someone pulled parking spots from a hat and assigned them. There have been multiple car break ins since living there. Unless it's Opposite Day the term "luxury" is a faux pas. The management is terrible, inattentive, attitudinal and extremely unorganized. Keep your receipts when you pay via money order because I could almost guarantee they'll either lose your payment or not be able to communicate to each other that you've paid. I repeat keep your receipt! Because even though the management is extremely hard to reach even if you call or leave several messages for a call back (which they never call back) they are quick to put a notice on your door. Ironic huh? In short, stay away from this place. Take your money and go elsewhere.
