  • *Review is only for tasting class* Came here with a group of 4 on a Friday evening for a full class. It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end, as we were taken through the journey of chocolate (from cacao to cocoa). It was fascinating to learn the story behind each piece of chocolate, and appreciate how it is made a little more. The tastings were so generous and the best part is no doubt the the delicious mug of hot chocolate at the end. Seriously, this is definitely the richest and tastiest hot chocolate I have ever had and I would definitely come back for it. I definitely recommend the class, itself. Well worth the price and you get to try most of what they offer. While prices are a bit high here, I can see why, given the effort and dedication in selection and care put into the chocolate. I must confess, that while everything is beautiful, creative and innovative, I can't quite appreciate the complexities of the flavors. To me, the cacao based tea is a strange concept, but others really enjoyed it. While I may not stop by for a $2 - $3 piece of chocolate, I can appreciate those who do and I can tell that the quality is high. Definitely coming back for the hot chocolate though!
