  • WHAT A FUCKING PAIN IN THE ASS THESE PEOPLE ARE. I saw a house posted on Facebook that sparked my interest. I wanted to see more photos of the house, but in order to do that, you're forced to enter your contact info. This is normally not a big deal to me. So I entered my info and as I'm admiring this gorgeous house, I receive a call from a number in don't recognize. I answer it and it's someone from the Mike Kortas team. Wow, I thought, that was fast. I was literally on photo 3 of the house I was admiring! I spoke with the gentleman for a few minutes and I explained that I just moved here and wasn't sure if I was going to be here long term and that I would contact them if I were interested. What happened next? Countless text messages, emails, phone calls. Back to back to back to back. I sent them an email asking them to stop emailing me. I sent a text asking them to stop texting me. It went quiet for about a week and then last week I get another call from them. Not just 1, but 2! Within 10 minutes of each other. From 2 different phone numbers! How do I know? Because I googled them. Once again I text the number back that I wasn't interested. Quiet again. Then today I get an email with a relocation offer. What the hell else needs to be done here?! HEY MIKE KORTAS/XCEPTIONAL REALTY - STOP HARASSING ME!!! I'M NOT INTERESTED!!! Even if I was looking to buy a home, I wont be using your company! All these phone calls are a turnoff. You remind me of a pesky boyfriend I dumped years ago. BEAT IT!!
