I was so excited to be living on my own as 21 year old finally having a place of her own and I thought I had picked the perfect place. I spent about 5 months here to be evicted over reasons that did not involve my monthly payment. I paid every month in full. Before this took place I had signed to end my lease early because I no longer felt Vegas was the place for me. I got a phone call saying I had been evicted. I received another phone call a few weeks later saying I had fees that would be sent to collections if I didn't pay. I called and the fees were for ending my lease early but I explained I don't have to pay that since they evicted me and they said they would get back to me. I picked up my things today and found out my items had been removed from the apartment into a storage unit which was never communicated to me at any point in time through anyone that I had spoke with.( they really need to work on communication). A ton of my things are missing or broken.( to which I took videos of and jotted down) Also my Sony television had been switched out with a JVC television. Why? How could someone think that I would not notice?
There was dirty cat litter all over my belongings (clothes, jewelry, etc). Glass tossed in a box and broken. My mother's jewelry box which was little broken was thrown into a blanket and completely dismantled. I can't believe my things would be mistreated in such a way after I kept this place so nice and never disturbed anyone. What a lovely place that I picked as my first place to live. I should have definitely taken the yelp reviews into consideration when I was first choosing where to live but I disregarded them, especially parking(had no problems but that is one thing most yelps complained about). So please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are nicer places where the people will treat you and your things well. There was also an extremely rude lady in the office today, she told me to pretty much shut my mouth after I had asked her bout my mail. I've never felt so mistreated after today.
