  • Dr shallock has been my doctor for 14 years. She is an awesome, pleasant lady. BUT The front office staff that answers the phone is extremely rude. I put in a request for a refill once and I called to check the status. The girl that answered the phone sounded like she hated her job. She sounded annoyed with me from the moment she answered. I asked her to check if it was ready. She said the paper work was just sitting on her desk and didn't know if it would be looked at before the end of the day. Horrible customer service in my opinion and I felt as if my discomfort and pain didn't matter to her. Dr Shallock really needs better staff !
