  • Got home from work, only to realize that I had a flat tire! (Managed to get a nail in there.) Going off of multiple recommendations, I have these guys a call and was assured that they'd take care of me. After taking off the flat and putting in the spare for the first time in my life, I made the nerve-racking 3-mile drive in rush hour traffic. I was greeted by Ty, who helped put my nerves at ease. Despite getting here about 45 minutes before closing, I have experienced nothing but great hospitality and customer service. Ty walked me through the whole process, explained my options, and was understanding of my budget. No pressure from these guys! And now, I'm sitting here in the lobby in their incredibly comfortable chairs, just waiting on my car. A BIG "thank you" to Ty and the team for creating a great environment for all of us in need.
