  • I see why this credit union only has 2.5 stars. I have to deal with a lot of loan officers from a lot of banks in my line of work and have never been treated so rudely as I was by Sandra from Silver State. The only reason I don't leave 0 stars is because it won't let me. I was simply trying to help her customer finance a car from my dealership and she wanted me to give her the DRS (dealer report of sale) without even having any info on her customer (illegal by the way) and got extremely rude when I wouldn't. Do yourself a favor and use Clark County Credit Union or One Nevada.
