  • Central Coffee is THE BEST. I've spent many afternoons working here, filling up on delicious quiches (you can't go wrong --they are all good), zucchini bread, and lattes. They have a great frequent buyers program, with every 10 drinks you get a free one. They have signs to put on their table to offer up the table to share, if you are sitting alone. I've never had to wait too long for a table--if at all. I love their beautiful hand drawn chalkboard art, focus on great coffee, neighborhood vibe and just general friendliness of the staff and other patrons. I'm embarrassed to say I've forgotten my wallet a few times, and they've always been super helpful, covering my drink without blinking an eye. Once the owner told me that they had a customer with extra built up free drinks, who told the shop to offer them up to people who needed it.
