  • Dale, the owner of DKA is extremely helpful and friendly. I initially took my VW here after the dealer claimed I needed upwards of $1500 in supposed repairs during a routine oil change. Dale was recommended to me by a family member, so I took my Passat in for a second opinion. Dale took one look under the hood and told me, quite simply, that the dealer was likely trying to swindle me. This first visit was about a year ago. Since then, I've taken my car to him at least 5 times for routine maintenance and occasional failures (is a VW, after all), and I have been nothing but pleased. The staff is considerate and honest (such a hard thing to find in the industry) and always, always reasonably and honestly priced. I would (and have) recommend Dale and DKA Automotive to anyone. Please patronize this business. It's definitely worth it.
