Horrible dealership.
Bought a new car, leather seats are not fully conditioned; missing spots. Went back to ask to them to apply for the missing spots. I was refused, saying they provided a extra conditioner, ask why I didn't do it myself. I PAID for a new car with everything equipped and prepared properly before delivery. Why do I have to do it myself?!
Called to make an appointment for oil change, I was told to be called back. No callbacks. I called again later, I was told they are closed. Very disappointed in their service attitude after sale. And lack of concern for existing customers.
Never buy from Honda again, or least least from that dealership.
