  • This is an update.... Still no refund of $260 that I was overcharged. Manager promised to call back but never did. This place is a complete ripoff. This is last time i ever stay here. rooms are dated/dirty and loud!!!!! cars are frequently broken into!!!! i had no hot water for 5 days. they switched me to a new room with hot water in the sink...but no hot water in the shower.i received no discount for this disaster of a stay. i did not shower for 5 days. i had to shower at a friends room at the hard rock hotel.......... after repeated requests for housekeeping to not enter my room.....they still do at 8 am almost every day despite the do not disturb sign. i paid in cash for my whole stay.i was charged on my credit card for my full stay as well. after repeated attempts to contact the hotel manager and the accounting department... i had to call my bank and get them involved. i was literally charged twice!!!! i left a very expensive item behind when i left.the hotel manager said "yes" we have it and sent it to lost and found.when i contacted lost and found....they said "no" we don't have it. its been 4 weeks and i still have not received a call back from management. this place is a complete shit show. do not stay here. they do not give a crap about customer service and have no problem ripping you off.
