Nam Flank 3.) Chin Brisket 4.) Bo Vien Meatballs 5.) Sach Tripe 6.) Gan Tendon You can select all the meats you would like without any extra costs. I like this idea because I usually order a combination pho and catch myself picking out the tripe and tendon. I have to say the Grilled Chicken Banh Mi was the best Banh Mi I've had in town! The bread was amazing and is a properly made French baguette. It is a must try! *You also get a free egg roll if you mention Yelp*
