  • The updated apts are nice. I love my townhouse, great space, SS Appliances, wood floors and granite countertops. Lease prices are on the upper end of the scale. Downside is you are locked into using Century link for Internet and cable and they are pricing and the Internet is slow and sketchy. Maintenance is great, things get fixed quickly after putting in a request. Convenient location to shopping and the 101 Fairly quiet except during bike week when you can hear all their concerts for free. LOL AND ON July 4th you have a front row seat for free for Wedt Worlds fireworks.
