  • We had a house built in 2013 and it's a very stressful process. I was at the house almost every day inspecting even though I have no clue how to build a house. There was one major issue with the plumbing being placed incorrectly for a bathroom. It was fixed as there was no choice. Other than that minor issues and warranty hasn't given us a hard time. Everyone I talk to says it the superintendent that matters with any builder and that is true from what I can tell. We love our home
