  • I'm going to say that I've given this place one star without even been treated by any of their dentists given that I was so disgusted by the attitude of their receptionist today. I had a bond come loose on my lingual wire and it was irritating my tongue. Unfortunately, my ortho is on vacation this week and I really wanted to get it fixed today. Walked into this place as I work nearby and saw a sign that they have an orthodontist on staff. I asked this receptionist "does your orthodontist re-cement a bond that has come off the lingual retainer?" Her reply "well, yes, in theory..." she asks me how long I've had it on and I indicated "10 years," to which she raised her eyebrows and said "yeah....that's where the theory part comes in." Get real lady! Don't speak to me like you're better than me or that you know more than I do! She is the rudest and most arrogant receptionist I've ever encountered at a medical office. College Park Dental: do yourself a favour and train this receptionist in cordial customer service. I felt insulted by her and would never give you business just because of her.
