  • Do not use. This company was recommended by Lyons Plumbing after my hot water heater burst. They came in made a huge list of things to be done, brought in their machines which destroyed a door and items in our laundry room due to the heat. They also had a pack out company come to the house to move my contents from one side of the garage to the other. The bill was outrageous for a 30 min job. Then after they ripped the walls apart to start the remediation, then I was told it would be a month before they could even get to the repair. They were nice and referred us to a remodeling company that was here in a week and had the job done before the holidays. But beware, they will provide you with a statement at the end that says "paid in full". They will call saying they you owe money. Thank god I saved all the paperwork. I also told my insurance company to get them off their list of preferred providers.
