  • I still go here because of the location but each time ask myself "why did I come here." The wait at the concession stands is crazy, especially with how many people are behind the counter not banning a register and the bathrooms are sometimes clean. Last night my mom realized she had left her Harkins cup in the theatre. As soon as we came out of the restroom( 5-6 mins) we walked back in to the theatre our movie showed in and found that the crew had thrown away her loyalty cup. Now I get it's only good for a few more weeks but instead of the man in the red shirt offering to replace it he just said sorry. Im pretty sure Harkins coulda sprung for a cup for a senior citizen good lord.
