This is quite a unique hotel. I'd heard it was actually set up as condos. They're part of the MGM program and also participate in Hyatt points. From what I'd heard, the ownership is shared as a hotel and as a rental property. Since I arrived early, my room wasn't ready and wouldn't be guaranteed until around 3:00 p.m. (I was there around 10 a.m.). I needed to be on a business call at 1 so they offered me a different room for a $30 upcharge. It was a very nice corner suite. The rooms are all suites with a stocked mini-bar, full size refrigerator, microwave, stove, kitchen area, large soaking tub, large walk in shower, 2 sinks and a separate vanity area.
The hotel itself it somewhat remote. There's a nice pool and spa/fitness center. A lobby bar which offers food and drinks until 12:00 a.m. The Market Cafe is nice for breakfast or lunch. It seems to be quiet compared to other hotels on the strip. Probably because there's no casino. The staff, concierge and bell services are outstanding. Always willing to assist and ensure total customer satisfaction. I received a satisfaction survey shortly after staying which shows they are committed to improvement.
