  • I came here for the first time a couple weeks ago. And scheduled my first Brazilian wax and boy was I nervous! When I first got there and everything seemed legit and comfortable. My waxer, Valerie, was very professional and sweet. She did her best to make me comfortable and just acted like everything was no big deal. It was painful I'm not going to lie but I like the result and Will probably do it again. I would've given this five stars however, the front desk not only tried to get me to commit to purchasing a bunch of extra waxes, after I clearly told them that I wasn't sure how I felt about it yet, they charged a $20 tip to my card after I told them to only charge $13! I didn't notice until I had already left and was looking at my receipt. It's not like I can go back and say hey give me that tip back. That would just be awkward.
