| - Lost our business.
We were greeted by a salesman, where we outlined our goal immediately. We are here to LOOK for a truck. We were ushered away from the lot and into the office. The salesman took some information and when we hinted that there would be a trade in, the salesman pressed my husband to go pick up his car so they could look at it. After a 10 minute arguement, it was finally understood that it was idiotic for us to get our trade in car for evaluation, if all we were doing was LOOKING.
We were then, begrudgingly, taken to the lot. After looking and test driving a few, we were ready to go home and sleep on the information we had received. We made it known, we were tired and hungry as we had been Christmas shopping for the previous 6 hours, but again, ushered inside so the sales manager could "provide his card". We ended up leaving, very upset.
Their sales tactic is awful. We bought our car from another dealership, they've been informed of this 3 times now, and continue to harass me. I will seek legal action if this does not stop.
