  • I have to say that I will certainly be finding a new emergency vet. Both times that I have had to use their emergency service, the kitties have died. Vet techs were warm and fuzzy, but the cold veterinarians, I can do without. I truly regret using their service and think that if I had taken them to my own vet a warmer, friendlier vet would have cared more about their well-being and not charging the most. It sickened me when the male vet said that we will need to put down a deposit. Really? Glad their heart is in their wallet. The absolute worst is that they didn't even clean/brush any of the dirt out of fur. Just let him lay there and die all dirty. Poor kitty.
