rev:text	Response to Comment by John S. I do not know John S. (based on name in response or their picture) who responded to the original review that I posted nearly 3 years ago, since they were not at the dealership when we went in for a second vehicle purchase. John S. has neither actual nor FACTUAL understanding of what happened at that time. Additionally, since John S. says "That salesman has been let go", how can they say that our experience "was a bit different then there description of the event"? - FYI - (THAN THEIR description, not "then there") Oh that's right! They can't give any statement of truth SINCE THEY WERE NOT THERE. The apology is appreciated but please don't try to cover up the truth behind the actual event with an apology that is insincere, inaccurate and based on an employee that you yourself say "has been let go", which really discredits your attempt at a rebuttal. That said, I will restate, the first experience was great! The second & last, was just that... the last experience we will be having there. I wish all the success to any mom and pop business that garners my business, money and respect. Those three things have been lost on this dealership and sadly they are lost on anyone who speaks of a matter to which they were not part of 3 years after the fact. ------------------------------- The previous customer service was what brought us back to buy another vehicle from this dealership. SADLY, due to our most recent experience, customer service is why we will NEVER go to nor recommend it to others. We calmly made an offer on a vehicle and were yelled at as if we had crashed their vehicle during the test drive. When we asked the salesman to give us a counter offer below the asking price he refused. When we explained that it wasn't worth arguing over, the salesman (or owner we believe) yelled at us as we walked out the door. The vehicle was actually worth the price and we would have been more than willing to pay it if we were not treated like criminals. Previous Experience = 5 Stars Recent Experience = AWFUL!!!!!
