I have to give it to raul.. i walked in the door. Immediately wanted to talk to a manager, after being yanked around at the rainbow location. Maggie came out right away to help. I had explaine i needed my passwords on my account (after verify id), she couldn't but she could update for me. I also needed to change my phone number. Rainbow location said i needed to call customer service.. but i cant call because i dont know my passwords. (I hope you see the issue with that) anyhow maggie and raul went to work, got everything updated and changed. In and out 10 mins! Killed it! Thank you!!!
