  • I will hands down, always use this place. The convertible top on my BMW wouldn't open any longer and Chapman quoted me $3000+ to "get it fixed". I met Graham at TOPS Physical Therapy, and he said he would check it out for me. Turns out, it was a minor fix.... and furthermore, they did a check over on my car and found a safety issue that was fixed for $100. These guys are super honest, friendly, and didn't try to fool me, especially being a female. I will absolutely use them for my other German vehicles and will refer everyone to them!! Thank you!!
