  • Very nice people and competitive prices. However, the window was delayed and we were not kept informed of these delays. Our message was not returned in 24 hours. The crew did not have the necessary ladder and other equipment to install the window, even though they should have known what was needed since they had come out to see it for the estimate. They also damaged a doorway to the room and damaged paint on the wall and windowsill and lightly damaged the drywall while installing the window and left a grease stain on the carpet and broken glass on the ground. The window looks good, but it will take some work to fix the damage from the installation.
