  • We had excellent service from Cameron. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We had several problems as the first mattress delivery was not what we had ordered and the replacement mattress that was delivered was not up to specification but all was handled professionally and with great courtesy. Cameron went out of his way to see that we were satisfied and finally got the correct delivery of a great mattress. Brian was also very helpful and I wholeheartedly recommend this store. We did visit other mattress stores as well as another in the Best Mattress chain but did not get the service and nor the professional guidance we got from Cameron at the Charleston Store.
