Went for High Tea on a Sunday, and was not disappointed. Quality of the food was on par with past High Teas I've had at downtown hotels. You must book in advance, and while we did have a small issue with our reservation, that did get sorted out quickly.
Besides the traditional scones and sandwiches, the remainder of our food 'tower' had a very distinctive Paris meets High Tea with an Asian influence (epitomized by the Green Tea Financier cake). You also get a choice of hot or cold tea, which is pretty diligently refilled.
The atmosphere is definitely casual and more in line with Stockyards Mall (which I prefer) than a fancy high tea sit-down, so you don't need to dress up just to not feel out of place for tea time.
