  • So, I will preface this review with a disclaimer that this is only the 2nd Peruvian restaurant I have ever eaten at. The other one was in San Francisco. With that said, the food here is delicious!! I came here with my sis last summer when I was in town for a visit, and ordered Chicha Morado and fries to go. It was so good, I had to come back for the food! So, this time while visiting AZ again we decided to eat inside. We were greeting warmly and the staff was very friendly. My sister had the shrimp saltado, while I ordered the Chicha Morado and chicken saltado. The chicken was so tender and juicy! My sister enjoyed her shrimp as well. As a Californian, I've been impressed with some of Phoenix/Scottsdale culinary offerings and Inca's is no exception.
