The product is very good. However, it is nearly impossible to place an order on line. I have been trying for an hour, including two calls to their 800 number where that person also could not help me. First of all, when it gets to paying, the only option is PayPal. I thought ok why not? AND pushed button for PayPal. Order did not go through. Operator said because FB does not accept PayPal. ok. so I went in and canceled order and then tried again. the ONLY option to pay that came up on the website was - again - PayPal. Again of course it did not go through. I then called the 800 line again, asked agent to put order through herself, and what do you know? She could not pull up my order or my name because of something wrong with website. I was left with NO option to get my brother his brownies for his birthday next week. FB has very poor customer service on line and on phone.
