My hairdresser is Vietnamese and recommended that I try this restaurant. She said they cook their pho for 2 days and that it's one of her favorite spots for pho. It's a little Americanized (per her) but still delicious.
I went there tonight with my boyfriend and we had a great experience. I ordered the chicken pho and he got the shaken beef, although we essentially ended up sharing. Both were top notch and highly recommended. In fact, while eating, we were discussing the 100% chance of coming back and more or less deciding when and who to bring along. They have a happy hour 3-6pm and 11pm-2am where drinks are $1+ off. They had a ton of local and imported beers on tap and even more options in bottles. Anyway, if you're in the area, definitely try this place out and order the pho/shaken beef. I know I'm looking forward to coming to this place again. Yum!!
