  • I have been using this shop for my dog food needs for two years. Almost every time I come in there are new people at the front. They very often don't know the rules and I have not taken advantage of your perks at some time. What really annoyed me today was I got my second bag of free dog food. The girl behind the counter clipped off the proof of purchase leaving a large hole in the bag which was patched up. I planned to take this bag to my dog sitter but the freshness was breached and the bag looks shabby. I suggest the person in front take a picture of the proof of purchase and not spoil the freshness of the bag.
