  • I wanted to like this place, they seemed nice enough and sanitary in that they used the plastic coverings in the pedicure bowls. Tonight I walked out on my manicurist because of how rude he was. I keep my nails very short because I do jiujitsu and can't have long nails; he laughed at me more than once for wanting my nails painted. Then seem frustrated when I wanted to change the color. I told him "stop and thank you," but I wanted to leave. When the manager asked me why I was leaving I told him and he responded "sorry that's because he doesn't speak English." WTF! Don't excuse basic customer service and human decency skills for not speaking English, give me a break. I won't be bad there unfortunately.
