  • Been wanting to go to this restaurant for a very long time and was happy to get a couple of seats last night for the Montreal a Table festival (fixed menu for $41). Some of the dishes were spot on, but some were very disappointing. The wines we were served were ordinary. Not what I would expect from this restaurant. I´m sure, based on other reviews, that our case was exceptional and that usually this restaurant is awesome (they seated guests late, so my guess is that there was a problem in the kitchen). However, consistency is an important characteristic of a well ranked restaurant, and on this it failed. There are so many good restaurants in this city, I will not go back to this one - even at $41.
