I would give negative stars if I could. My daughter and I visited last night to pick up a couple things for her dorm room. We walked through the store looking for what we needed. We waited for help and one tall salesman continued to talk to a woman without acknowledging us. Fine, he's busy (although it did not seem like a professional conversation). So we looked for someone else and a young woman walked near us and I asked for help and she literally said, "ummm .... oh there you are" looking for the tall salesman that was in conversation with a woman. Then they walked off to another customer. I get it, you're busy, but there is another way to handle customers. Example, "hi there, I'm with another customer and will help you next". While smiling? So I walk to the front and ask the door greeter if there is anyone that can help us and he calls for someone and I go back and wait. At this time the young woman does apologize, but never comes to help and I see the tall salesman back in conversation with the same woman as before. He never even looks at another person. I then see the young saleswoman start helping a different customer. I walk back up after a while and the door greeter says everyone is busy. I ask for a manager. Mike from Geek Squad comes up and I explain my frustration. He asks what we are looking for and I show him pictures on my phone of the exact items. He very nicely tells me he is sorry and knows that isn't good customer service. He says this a few time, but never offers to help me himself?! He just basically says he's sorry and I walk out stunned. I found what I needed on Amazon of course. I was hoping to shop somewhere other than Amazon, but Best Buy makes it impossible. Not sure if these people realize they will one day be out of a job!
