| - Such a fun place to eat brunch on Sundays! This place is one of a kind - it's a restaurant inside an antique shop! I really like that they fill up empty chairs at tables by seating strangers next to each other. (They do ask if you mind first, which is nice.) They have a large assortment of teas, all vegetarian food - though they do use real eggs - fun, quirky atmosphere.
Here's how it goes for Sunday brunch:
1. You get there early if you don't want to wait, but if you don't get there early you get to pass the time looking through the antique shop until they call your name.
2. You sit next to strangers at a table, choose your entree from a small menu, and choose your beverage.
3. After telling the waiter your order, you get up and go to the sidebar for the buffet, which all seems healthy whether or not it is. And it's delicious.
4. You eat everything and, if you haven't already, you get back up and go to the table piled high with bunt cakes of all varieties! Don't be fooled by the "hot chocolate" one! It's "hot" as in "spicy" chocolate.
The entire meal is about $11. There is always street parking available. On Sundays at any rate. Highly recommend.
One warning: The eggs were ridiculously salty when I got them. I have just avoided them since that experience, so I don't know if that's typical or if the shaker just fell into the batch that day.
