  • Im glad my insurance reccomended me with this place. The front desk ( I think her name is Ramona) & Dr Zhang are super nice and gentle. This place require to make appointment and they will called you for reminder. you never have to wait When you get there, the front desk will greet you & she will take you to the room (they have 3 rooms) and before Dr Zhang start, she will asked you a question about your heath also give you information what to take to help your heath. For my situation, After she put the needle & cable in my body, she will make sure that I feel comfortable and turn on the music alarm before she walked out to other patients. Probably arround 15 - 20 mins the alarm off, she will come back to take the needles out and put cupping + heat bag to my back before she walked out the room again arround 15-20 mins. They sale chinese medicine ( probably arround $9 & up) and biofreeze ( $16 already with tax) The downside nobody ever answer the phone but they will called you back in 2-3 days
