rev:text	Used to be my family's and Is favorite place to go to spend money. Now they set up false advertised merchandise so you spend all your money only to find out that they don't have what you want or give you every excuse as to why they don't have it while being smug, the only reason I gave more than one star is location to home is good and most of the time there service is good but the service the last 3 years have been flushed, constantly short staffed and the employees barely check on you generally you have to seek someone out to get service. The menu changes every 4-6 months hard to keep track. Even as a regular I would now choose a different place if it wasn't my daughters 6 birthday and she wanted a redemption gift that wasn't available now not only your business didn't hold up there end of the bargain I as a father feel I didn't hold up mine thanks uptown alley for ruining my day yet again and your management team seems to enjoy the negativity hope you feel good about yourselves. Final note is I asked for the manager on duty and did not get the actual manager only a pawn then noticed the actual manager and had same smug remarks that it's just a display in the redemption area. Seems to be a hit or miss with service anymore half the time it's great and the other half falls way short. Again I have to say after trying to continue to repeat business there service sucks can not redeem your credits for anything al usual have to order so you spend money on game o revive an item you think you can win only to have them say will order it well I ordered something last go and it took freakin 7 weeks I don't spend my to wait on something that is displayed unbelievable they made it right jack did an outstanding job shout out for the first time after no one would help he stepped up thanks jack!
