  • Horrible service went to purchase some games that were on the shelf listed at a sale price. Get to counter and clerk tells me sale is no longer valid. Then he says I was so busy that I did not have time to take it off the shelf. He did have time to be smoking a cigarette outside with a friend as I rolled in there. I insist that I should get the game for the advertised price and his response was no. I ask for a manager and of course there is not one there. I contacted the corporate office and I get no response. I will be sure that me and my friends purchase games and consoles from a different retailer.
