I'm incredibly disappointed in my massage and the way I was treated by the male front desk. This was the worst massage I have ever had I actually walked out in the middle of it which I have never had to do in my life: my "therapist" was Rubi. When I entered the room I informed her that my neck and shoulders were tight. During the thirty minutes that I suffered on the table, she failed to massage the area I informed her of. Her massage was fast and made no sense. Like she was just quickly rubbing lotion on me. It truly felt like she didn't know what she was doing. At one point she moved her hands in two different directions taking my muscle with it. During this torture, I gave her the benefit of the doubt assuming she was a new therapist but I kept wondering how I could get out. When she moved down to my legs she literally squirted the lotion on my legs and rubbed in fast circles rubbing it in. It made no sense! By the time she was done with my legs I had to get out. I didn't even want to turn over. She was even hurting me at some points. When I left and approached the front desk, the male receptionist immediately started to defend the therapist and state how much everyone else loved her. I informed him that I did not and he kept on telling me that everyone else did so it was my problem that we were not compatible. I told him I would not be paying for my massage. When it was time for me to pay for my husbands massage with another therapist (which he loved) the receptionist stated "don't take it out on your husbands therapist for the tip" I shut it down right there and told him he needs to learn some customer service and his comments are unnecessary. After his rude remarks he had the edacity to ask me if I wanted to book another appointment. I will not be returning to this establishment. Their unprofessionalism is off the charts.
