  • Found myself stranded without warning that this could happen, despite some recent work done somewhere else. Called Alexander's and they went above and beyond to get me taken care of. Their customer service in doing so was greatly appreciated and I was able to get my car back same day, despite most repair shops estimating the issue to be resolved in about 4 business days (as it is Thanksgiving weekend). To top it off the warranty is 2 years or 24,000 miles. They towed my car and picked me up to retrieve it. I would highly recommend taking your business here. They are professionals that care.
