  • TERRIBLE! This management company is awful. I have lived at my property for over three years and have had a number of issues with the onsite RMI manager/staff. There was an incident where someone was throwing cigarette butts from their balcony which were collecting on the ground below. They sent a nasty letter to everyone (including me) on that side of the building accusing them of being the guilty party. This was their way of getting the responsible party to come forward but in the process required everyone defend themselves against the accusations. Ridiculous. Further, I have recently had a number of problems with a tenant that lives above me. I've tried to enlist the help of the manager, Gina, to resolve the problem but she has made it very clear that it's "not her problem." She doesn't return emails or respond to questions relating to the issue. I have come to the HOA office a number of times during their business hours to pick up a package and they are not there during the hours they are supposed to be. I suspect they take long lunches, leaving residents SOL if they need something from the office.
