  • The items at this Home Goods is very high quality but the customer service sucks! I ask how long the hold time was and the cash representative stated until the End of the day. I kindly ask her to place the item on hold for me. I came back literally 2 hours later the piece was gone and sold because I couldn't find it on the sales floor. The manager seemed unbothered by my sadness and brushed me off like it never happened. So if your looking for a place for good customer service while your shopping for your home, this is not the place.
