  • I have not been here in 4 years when I had a shoulder and knee injury and had excellent care. I returned recently with another shoulder injury and was surprised to find my therapist gone and most of the other staff. New ownership? I am not sure. My assessment was thorough but the subsequent therapy was mediocre. Very little hands on therapy, ineffective exercises and a laxadasic approach on the treatment program. After 6 sessions with no results I have moved on and will not return to Pivot. They need to introduce newer therapies including acupuncture and laser.
