I made an appointment for 7:30a-9:30a. When no one had arrived at 9:30a I called back and the lady said she had no service call record (I reminded her that when she found out where I lived the day before she had said their office was a stone's throw away and she remembered that) and said someone would be there in half an hour. I called back at 10:30a and she said they were still at another job but would be another hour. I called at 11:30a and they said they were almost done with that call and I let them know I was calling back to cancel at noon. They finally showed up around noon. The lady on the phone said they would give me a $25 discount for the inconvenience and when I brought it up to the technician he didn't know about it but didn't question it and applied the discount (which covered $7.50 and $15 in gas and extra fees that had nothing to do with the repair).
They're competent and know what they're doing and price was what we expected to pay, but the waiting left a sour taste in my mouth.
