They wasted my time and inconvenienced me...Michelle quoted me one price for some Prada Frames with 30% off the the whole setup, lenses and all...I put 1/2 down and she said they would be ready in approximately 2 weeks..my wife and I are celebrating an important day today and had places to be and had concert tickets we pre paid for. She calls and hour later and said she made a mistake and it it's going to be a little over a hundred dollars more I need to come up with. Wow that's sounds kind of crazy to me especially after we signed the agreement. After I thought about it for a minute I asked her if I could just buy the frames with the 30% off and I'll have the lenses done somewhere else (because I shopped around and they are definitely over priced on the lenses then all the major eye care businesses) I just really liked the frames. Make a long story a little shorter she said there was nothing she could do. So I said I'll be there to get my money back. When I got there I told her that was bad business and they should compensate me something for this inconvenience..I'm standing in this long line now writing this review while waiting for the concert we have tickets for... If she didn't waste my time we would of been in front of the line with other people that were able to get here early..
She came back to me and said she can only give me 10% off...if you go to a restaurant and they mess up your order, usually the manager will make it right instead of making the customer mad and leave never to come back..that's good business..she told me in the beginning "Welcome to our Family" well, if this is how you treat your family then I don't want any part of that family! and I will tell all my friends..
