Admittedly I didn't pay for this so I can't say if it is a good value, as it was a comp.
There are a lot of hits and misses here, some of the hits were the fresh sashimi (very fresh) and the crab claws. There was also a really well cooked shrimp dish that I didn't remember what was the name of it, I was pleasantly surprised to see how they didn't overcook the shrimp. I also really loved the kielbasa and peppers dish.
The misses were the lack of sauteed vegetable dishes, and the ones that were there were prepared horribly. To counteract it, stick with the salads. Also, the oysters didn't seem so fresh.
If you love tons of different types of seafood that you don't get in other buffets, this is actually pretty good. I was surprised to see raw clams, as I have not seen that in other vegas hotel buffets.
Just remember this place is fairly hit and miss in general.
