  • Worst Starwood/Westin property in North America. Believe me, I've stayed at a lot of hotels and this place constantly disappoints me. The entire hotel is old.. And it shows both in appearance and smell. The staff never seems very accommodating or understanding. I have Platinum status with the Starwood Loyalty program, but you'd never know it from the experience and service I receive at this property.
